APPLICATION:

The open mixing mill is used for rubber and plastics’ mixing or plastication, for rubber’s warming & sheeting, and for reclaimed rubber’s cracking and refining.

FEATURES:

1. Roller made from chilled cast iron. Divided into bored roller and drilled roller. Hollow roller has inner cavity machining. Both smooth surface roller and fluted roller can be processed.

2. Total three adjustable pitch ways for roller: manual, electric and hydraulic.

3. Choose tilting case and different speed ratio according to user’s processing requirements.

4. The main motor can use DC and variable frequency AC motor.
